Filled with energy, vibrancy and excitement, our work at New Bailey in Manchester is a project to be proud of.

New Bailey is wonderful new development, situated on the banks of the River Irwell in Manchester.

Since 2019, and continuing over four phases through to 2024, BBS Brick and Stone is thrilled to have contributed our service and expertise in realising over £800,000 of paving and setts.

Four different office and residential buildings and public realm initiatives in the development, totalling 278 works, have been completed. These featured Westfield granite paving and setts in the main areas (6,000m² of paving and 2,000m² of setts), Chinese granite setts totalling 1,000m², Porphyry totalling 400m² and Portuguese granite paving totalling 500m².
